Our Glendora High School Cross Country team is interested in attending a meet in Seattle, Washington! Away meets are remembered by most who attend as one of the best times in their lives as a high school students and members of the GHS XC Team. We want to include anyone who would like to attend, making our trip available to all athletes. In order to keep cost down we must start booking flights and hotels ASAP. This survey is to gather information from athletes who are interested in attending and to consider fundraising efforts.

Invitational: Nike Twilight XC Invitational
Location: Cedarcrest Golf Course 6810 84th St NE, Marysville, WA 98270
Dates: October 4th - 6th
Cost: Approximately $450 (looking into possibly fundraising to reduce cost if majority agrees)
Time leaving/Returning: looking at leaving LAX airport Friday, October 4th at 10am and return Sunday, October 6th by 6 or 7pm. Once we figure out flight times we can make a schedule for the whole trip.

You can get the group rate of $149 per night by booking under the group name “Twlight Cross Country” by September 4th.

Your deposit of $150 secures your spot and purchases airfare. Deposits are not refundable. Payments can also be given to Coach Brandon at practice or at the Bonelli BBQ and Mammoth meeting. We will be offering fundraising opportunities since more than 83% of families would prefer to fundraise. Fundraising opportunities will be coming soon. We will discount the final payment due in September depending on fundraising efforts.
If you are interested in flying with our group as a parent traveler, please complete the same link as the athletes: https://tinyurl.com/seattlesurvey2019, so that we can gather all of the important information necessary. You will be responsible for the cost of the flight at an approximate $160-$280. We will know more next week when we book. A $150 deposit is also due for parents by July 15th. We are asking that parent travelers book their own hotel room and that they will be responsible for their own food and travel.
